General terms for using Flycoded's website, training platform, digital services and related online features.

By using the Flycoded website or submitting a registration, service request or payment, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Flycoded may suspend access where misuse, fraud, security threats or material violations are reasonably suspected.
Course schedules, deliverables, service scope, timelines and fees may differ by programme or project. Where a specific proposal, invoice, agreement or registration confirmation is issued, those specific terms apply to that engagement.
Payments must be made through authorised Flycoded payment channels. A payment is treated as confirmed only after successful verification by the applicable payment system or Flycoded administration.
Website content, training materials, branding, software, designs and other Flycoded-owned materials may not be copied, redistributed or commercially reused without appropriate permission, except where a separate agreement expressly allows it.
We aim to keep our online services available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, internet, payment-provider or other technical conditions outside our immediate control.
Flycoded may update these terms as services evolve. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
